Co-Owner | Operations Manager

Kai is the project visionary behind Jenkins Construction. He has a sense for the potential of each project, visualizing the development process and then seeing it through to the end. Kai began his journey in construction and quickly became a Red Seal Journeyman after returning from 2 years cycling competitively in France, and has put passion and creativity into every project since. As the President and Construction Manager, he manages customer relations and oversees all projects, applying his experience and keen understanding of Sunshine Coast land that he grew up exploring to each and every one.

Kristin is the operational mastermind behind building beautiful homes. With a background and education in business management, and having grown up in a family with deep Sunshine Coast and property development roots, she has kept things running smoothly since day one. Despite being in the office, she has never been afraid of hard work having grown up on a hobby farm, and spent years commercial fishing or living on a ranch. After starting off solo in the office, she’s excited to be leading our growing management and administrative teams through industry and company expansion.
